Description Notes

Black-painted triangular metal base set on three white metal levelling screws. Mounted on this is a narrow quadrantal casing in the same black-painted metal. Part of the spine of the quadrant is held in place by white metal hook fasteners and can be removed to reveal a thin cavity extending part of the way into the quadrant and a loop of elastic, secured at top and bottom. Just above this part of the spine is a small opening, partially covered by a piece of white metal, which is held in place by a knurled screw.
