Description Notes
Spherical glass chamber with three side-arms plus vacuum regulator at top. One arm carries cathode with concave disc at inner end. Metal cap at end of arm. Opposite arm carries rod anode, and third side-arm, set at an angle above the first anode carries target. Metal caps at the ends of these two arms are connected by a spiral wire. At the top, the regulator is in a cylindrical glass chamber and has two short metal rods with mica discs at their inner ends.
