Description Notes
Spherical glass chamber with three side-arms plus vacuum regulator at top. One arm carries cathode with concave disc at inner end. Metal cap at end of arm. Opposite arm carries rod anode, and third side-arm, set at an angle above the first anode carries target set on the end of a copper rod and cylinder. White metal caps at the ends of these two arms are connected by a spiral wire. Side arm with carbon regulator, which would once have been connected to the target and the cathode.
Contemporary wooden stand.
