Description Notes
Glass tube with central spherical chamber, tinged purple by gas. Concave white metal cathode with white metal screw mounting. Anode ending in cylinder with ?mica window in centre of end. Other end of anode carries water bath with inlet and outlet pipes for admitting water to cool tube. Paper label on cathode end marked ‘Presented by General Electric Company’. Attached paper label giving instructions for use of water bath.
