Description Notes

Vacuum tube with spherical chamber at one end. White metal anode terminating in flat disc, set in side arm to chamber. Rectangular white metal target in chamber with terminal set in side arm. Long arm for cathode which consists of two copper wires passing to brass terminal outside the tube, and ending in the chamber in a thin sheet of white metal foil. Side arm to evacuating pump with stopcock and test tube attachment containing charcoal to act as vacuum regulator.

Condition good; complete.
