Case of microscope slides, some by Pritchard, 1840 - 1870.

Brass bound mahogany box with brass carrying handle; contains 3 lift out slide trays; lower tray contains an assortment of broken slides and slide papers; second tray similar; top tray a large number of glass slides. Some home made mostly botanical preparations. Mostly commercial; group of mounts with labels by Pritchard - from his catalogue and stuck on.
