Table spectroscope; painted oxidised brass; screw fit slit mount with metal alloy jaws; screw adjustment to slit width; push fit cover; fixed collimator; rack and pinion focus with mm scale; circular stage divided 0-360 to 30 with vernier to 1’; prism platform and separate prism mount (now with constant deviation prism) linked to telescope motion for minimum deviation; telescope, clamp and slow motion screw, vernier, micrometer, rack and pinion focus, mm scale, push fit micrometer eyepiece; internal scale moved by screw; drumhead divided 0-100 by 1, eyepiece itself moved by rack and pinion; scale divided 0-10 by 1; pillar and tripod stand, levelling screws, clamp and slow motion for stage, 2 alternative objectives; 6 prisms in mounts fitting objective ends of collimator and telescope; set of alternative eyepieces; push-fit camera; plate mount pivots about centre by rack and pinion; rack and pinion vertical adjustment separate pillar and tripod; stand; levelling screws to support collimator with camera.
