Description Notes

Mahogany box with brass hinges and clip fastener; lined with red velvet. Contains black-painted white metal spinning top and coloured cards (forming parts of a colour wheel) for attachment to the top, to demonstrate the formation of white light from the colours of the spectrum. Instruction booklet in English, French, German and Spanish.

Condition fair (booklet very tattered, paper pieces fragile); incomplete (some parts missing).
