Description Notes

Stemel Electrical Set, 20th century. Maker Stemel.

Wooden box with label glued to surface, depicting a teenage child with experiment in progress. Inside of lid is paper label glued to surface - this is a picture list, numbered of components that should be in the box. The lower section of the box is separated into compartments containing the components as pictured on the inner label. Most are present but 8 pieces are missing (see condition report). Components include a compass, horseshoe magnet, bar magnet, fuse wire, test tubes etc. There is a manual of instructions for constructing and carrying out experiments.
