Description Notes
Diagram of mitosis (after Darlington). Shows the history of two chromosomes in the mitotic cycle. Diagram has flow chart round the outside, explaining each stage. On the diagrams, parts are labeled ‘a’. This is explained in the key at the bottom as ‘attachment constriction’. The diagram is drawn in black, and is not coloured.
Inscription at the top of the chart, and below the diagram. The inscription is written.
The word ‘constriction’ is written on a separate piece of paper, which has then been stuck on the wallchart.
Reference number in the top left corner.
