Diagram depicting Tubers (Potato) and section of cortex. Four diagrams, all printed. One is partly coloured. The diagrams are numbered and labelled thus:
‘1.Junge Kartoffelpflanze aus Samen entwickelt.’
‘2.Entstehung des Knollen.’
‘3.Durchschnitt des Knollen.’
‘4.Keimender Knollen.’.
Three of the diagrams also have individual parts labelled with letters. There is no key.
Reference number is in the bottom left corner.
Inscriptions are printed across the top and bottom of the chart.
