Description Notes
Diagrams depicting comparison of flowers in Knautia and Dipsacus.
Eight diagrams, all drawn and in colour.
For each species, the calyx and secondary involucre (i.e. involucelluum) are labelled with the letters ‘c’ (calyx, repeated twice) and ‘i’ (involucellum, repeated twice).
Inscriptions are stencilled above and below the diagrams.
Reference numbers are in the bottom left and bottom right corners. (Previous PS ref. was T6)
