Description Notes

Pedometer by La Fontaine

Pocket watch style silver pedometer with thin gold plating [?]. Front glass lid hinges open to a white enamel dial with black numbering running from ‘0’ at the top to ‘11’. There is a single blue steel hand. On the reverse is a second hinged glass door behind which is a turned steel plate set with a series of springs and a pendulum weight. The screws and the pendulum arm are blue steel.
