Description Notes

100ft measuring tape by Chesterman; Sheffield, England; late 19th to early 20th C

Red leather case, with brass manual winder and cloth tape. One side of tape scale in feet and inches, divided in 1/4 inches, other side in metres, divided in cm.

Condition good to fair, some corrosion on brass fittings; complete
