Triangular base, adjustable stand by C. F. Palmer, London
A green painted base with a steel upright attached to a green painted section that allows for rotation of the upright. A black painted steel lever rotates the upright anticlockwise, a simple spring which pushes against the lever allows it to click into three favoured positions. A small brass screw can be tured to rotate the upright by small amounts.
