Description Notes

Zoological wall chart depicting the cranial nerves of the frog. Eleven different nerves are labelled in the vicinity of the oesophagus and larynx including the X gast., symp, X pul. X. card., X. lar., IX., hyp., VII hd., V md., V mx., VII pal., and V op. The section also includes the eustachian tube and a number of veins. The image is hand painted and in colour.

Description
This diagrams is part of a collection of around 100 zoological illustrations which were donated from the Department of Zoology in 2006. The diagrams were used for teaching, and were hand drawn. All of the diagrams are very large, so that in lectures all the students could easily see them.
