Description Notes

Two transparent green 360o protractors used by Brian Harland, mid-twentieth century.

Both protractors have scales marked around edge, 0o through 360o, by the half degree. Scale is marked with two sets of numbers, one ascending from 0o to 360o clockwise, the other anti-clockwise.

Description
A protractor is a device for measuring the angle between two points or two lines. It is a semi circle, with a scale marked around its circumference from 0 to 180 (degrees). It should be made out of a clear material, like clear plastic, so that the scale can accurately be held over the line whose angle is to be measured.
