18” flexible curve rule, by Keuffel and Esser Co.; USA; c.1966

Main body of rule is black, with a clear plastic edge running down one edge (the drawing side) and a thin copper rod running down the other edge.
The rule is in a green, plastic coated cardboard box which has a sticker on one side that says
FLEXIBLE CURVE RULE
TRANSPARENT EDGE

And has ‘VAN ANDEL’ written on it in black felt-tip pen
‘VAN ANDEL’ is also written in black felt-tip pen on the underside of the box.
On the underside there is a small white sticker.
