Description Notes
Two round, brown leather paperweights, each presented to Professor Tjeerd Van Andel by the Rocky Mountain Association of Geologists (RMAG), USA.
Each paperweight is made in two sections, with unknown filling, stitched together so that it resembles the shape of a scone.
6381.1 is inscribed that it was presented at the RMAG luncheon on July 6, 1962.
6381.2 is inscribed that it was presented at the RMAG evening technical meetings, to Prof. Van Andel as distinguished lecturer, on May 21 1953.
Condition good/fair. Complete. Some cracking and losses to leather surface.
