Description Notes

Rectangular box with segments for ten painted plaster models of horses teeth, numbered 1–7 (5–7 repeated). Each model sits on a padded silk cushion and is tied with a silk ribbon with a brass ring fastener. Inside the lid there are two labels, one a trade label for Richard Lawrence, the other “Directions for Arranging the Models.”

Condition: fair (complete); many of the models are chipped, and some repaired with glue; the ribbons have broken on five of the models; the paper labels are both badly disintegrating, with some of the text missing.
