Development of the chick (Gallus ), no. 6.
Wax model of Gallus embryo. Number 6 of a series of 23 models showing the development of the chick embryo. Depicts His stage 7, age 2-3 days.
The model is mounted in gold and black wood frame, held by metal pins and backed with card, on a black painted, numbered wood base.
Scale: 40 x linear magnification.
