Development of the chick (Gallus ), no. 14.
Wax model of Gallus embryo brain. Number 14 of a series of 23 models showing the development of the chick embryo. Numbers 14-23 may not originally have been in the same set as numbers 1-13. Depicts His stage 5, age 2 days.
The model is in a box with number 15, 16 and 17 of the set. Cardboard box, lined with cloth. Paper label in the box.
Scale: 40 x linear magnification.

Condition: fair (broken in two); complete.
