Brass sector, 11", by Elias Allen, English, c. 1615

Brass sector by Elias Allen. Engraved with scales on both sides and with additional hinged strut contained within (also engraved with scales on both sides). The two limbs of the sector are indented so that the leg can be adjusted at an angle.
