A4-ish sized print, in black and white, showing a caricature of a phrenologist lecturing to an audience. Some of the audience members have odd-shaped heads and faces. The room has plaster busts on the floor (with names or characteristics written on them), framed prints on the wall, and some books on shelving behind the phrenologist.
