Description
Louis Thomas Jérôme Auzoux produced a wide variety of anatomical, zoological, and botanical models for university training using his own secret papier-mâché mixture. The models were dissectible, with labels and enhanced colouring, to aid the identification of different parts. This one shows the respiratory system of the frog.
