Description Notes

Reflecting Goniometer, by R. Fuss, German, 1900 (c)

The instrument stands on a tripod with levelling screws. There is a circular, horizontal plate, in the middle of which is a central rod holding a support for the crystal. To the side of the plate are two upright supports, one holding two telescopes.

Two parts are separate; a brass tube periscope 155mm long, and a brass pin/key with a square hole
