Description
Elektronika was a brand run by the Soviet Ministry of Electronic Industry, established to meet growing demands for consumer electronic products in the Soviet Union. This calculator was produced in February 1984 and cost 85 rubles. It functioned as a handheld computer used for programming. Although storage space was limited and volatile compared to modern calculators, it was an important tool for Soviet professionals and hobbyists. A successor to this calculator, the MK-52, was used as a backup computer during the Soyuz TM-7 space mission in 1988.
