Description Notes
Brass spinthariscope; device for counting alpha particle emission, invented by William Crookes in 1903. Two parts:
1. Brass cylinder containing screen and pointer moved by small brass circle with milled edge.
2. Magnifying glass in brass mount with milled edge, screwing into 1.
Condition: good.
