Description Notes
Steel beam and fittings; swan’s neck beam ends; self-locating steel knife edge and ring bearing; gallows with ring bearing; index pointer with ring aperture in base. one brass circular pan; one brass triangular pan with maker’s stamp.
Fitted wooden box with slots for 5 weights; slot with sliding lid for fractional weights; sliding lid in lid for 8 weights. (One weight missing; 5 fractional weights extant).
Box decorated with geometric tooling. Single hook fastening.
Condition fair; incomplete (some weights missing)
