Description Notes

Telescope with rack and pinion focussing eyepiece. Cross hairs, lens cover and ray shade for objective. Lens cover for eyepiece; eyepiece adjustment. Vertical circle with silvered scale round rim graduated 60˚ - 0 - 60˚, numbered by 10˚ divided to 20´, read by single ‘A; type vernier to 1´. Magnifying glass. Clamp and slow motion screw for vertical circle. Bubble level mounted outside circle and graduated. Single levelling screw.
Telescope fixed to alidade with parallel rule and bevelled edge, which clamps closed.
Striding level; 4 clamps; spanner; screwdriver. Brass loop with hook on one end and point the other for use with plumb-bob. Steel slide rule in separate black leather case; sliding vernier scale. Blued steel screws.
Fitted wooden box.
