Description Notes

Oxidised brass sighting tube. Pinhole sight. Diagonal mirror fixed below window in tube to allow viewing of bubble simultaneously. Triangular plate fixed rigidly to tube; axis supporting graduated toothed semicircle, controlled by milled screw. Semicircle divided 40˚ - 0 - 40˚, numbered by 10˚, graduated to 1˚; also scale of inclination from 1 in 1 to 1 in 10. Bubble level fixed to reverse of semicircle.
Leather case.

Condition good; complete.
