Scale marked ‘Sol’ (Solar altitude?) divided [0] - 90˚, numbered by 10˚, subdivided to 5˚; 0 - 60˚ subdivided to 1˚; 60˚ - 70˚ subdivided to 2˚.
Zodiac scale divided Cancer to Capricorn and back on the same scale;divided to sign and marked by zodiacal symbol, subdivided to 10˚; 10th degree of Cancer - beginning of Leo and 10th degree of Capricorn - beginning of Aquarius subdivided to 2˚; beginning of Leo - end of Sagitarius subdivided to 5˚ and to 1˚.
