Description Notes
Mahogany base with brass pillar supporting a spiked wheel which hangs vertically from a clamp screw by which its height is adjustable. Wheel hangs above a groove in the wood of the base. Either side of the groove are wooden bars against which two bar magnets lie. Two brass terminals lie in the corners at either side of the brass pillar. From one of the terminals a wire leads to the underside of the central groove and from the other a wire leads to the brass pillar.
