Description Notes

Portable pivoted coil pointer DC ammeter. Etched brass case on wooden base; two brass terminals, one marked ‘+’. Glazed window showing mirror and white dial; hand-printed scale divided 0 - 1500, numbered by 100, subdivided to 10.
In wooden carrying case with leather handle; specification certificate on inside of sliding lid, signed and dated ‘March 9th 1897’.

Condition good (leather handle of box broken); complete.
