Description
This pocket forecaster was made by the meteorologists D. & K. Bartlett in about 1938. Rotating the outer disc according to the present cloud type and wind direction brings the appropriate forecast to the window on the inner disc.
In their booklet ‘Signpost to the weather’, published in 1949, D. & K. Bartlett claimed to have been ‘Professional Weather Consultants and Long-Range Weather Specialists’ since 1935.
