Description Notes

Rectangular protractor in ivory. Has bevelled edges. Degree scale around edge divided [0] - [180] in both directions numbered by 10 subdivided to 1. Scale of quarter inches divided [1] - [0] - 19 numbered by 1, first division dubdivided to 1/48 inch. Scale of half inches divided [1]- [0] - 9 numbered by 1, first section subdivided to 1/24 inch. Three-quarter inch scale divided [1] - [0] - 5 numbered by 1, first section subdivided 1/16 inch. Scale of inches divided [1] -[0] - 4 numbreed by1, first section subdivided to 1/12 inch.

On reverse scales for measuring in 60ths, 50th, 45th, 40thd, 35ths, 30ths of an inch. Below this scales for 1/2 and 1/4 inches with transversal sections for divisions to 100ths.

Condition good (chipped at both ends); complete
