Description Notes

Potentiometer in rectangular wooden box. Bakelite platform with five dials of brass and bakelite for setting different levels of resistance; each one numbered 0 - 10 by 1. Selector switch and switch for setting the connection at galvanometer, series or resistance. Further switch for use as a galvanometer. Four sets of brass terminals at back for connection to battery, standard cell, ‘X’ (resistance) or galvanometer.

Current regulator in wooden box with separate lid. Inside lid is a diagram showing the connections to the potentiometer.
Black plastic surface on which are set a rheostat and two resistors with fixed set of settings. Also a current switch for .01 or .001 Amps. All the resistors have black plastic knurled knobs. The two with fixed setting have circle of brass cylinders set around them, each marked with a different resistance.
Terminals on side of box to standard cell, battery, standard cell potentiometer and battery potentiometer.

Condition good.
