Description Notes
Wooden box with brass hinges. Blue felt support for main part of instrument. This consists of a rolling parallel ruler with cogged edge and central rectangular extension with circular knob.
Four flat discs consisting of base disc of brass, a toothed wheel and a crank, apart from the largest which has no crank.
Used for determining the coefficients of a Fourier series expressing the equation to a given curve.
Condition good; complete.
