Description Notes
wooden base with 2 brass feet and 1 brass levelling screw. Wooden frame supports iron flywheel with wooden handle which turns a wheel on a spindle, divided 0 - [3 1/2], numbered by 1 graduated to 1/2. The spindle moves 2 lenses, one of which moves in a vertical plane, the other in a horizontal plane. Behind the lenses is a circular disc with a pin hole, allowing light from the sun or a lamp to be projected through the lenses onto a screen.
Condition good (string too loose for movement of lenses); complete
